Payments are processed by Tebex. Pixel Retreat does not store full payment card details or sensitive payment information. Tebex handles payment processing and payment security.

3) In-Game Trading & Real-Money Trading

Pixel Retreat currencies/items may be traded in-game (if enabled), but personal data is not shared to enable trading. Trading or selling items/currency for real money or anything outside the server is not allowed and may be investigated for safety and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data only when necessary with:

  • Tebex (store platform and purchase delivery)
  • Discord (if you link accounts or receive roles/perks)
