A little help from paradise
Who can make free PixelPals?
Paradise and higher ranks can make one free PixelPal per linked Minecraft account. Founder accounts can make unlimited free PixelPals for testing. Fetch a fresh preview and use Make my free PixelPal; the pack and claim steps are the same.
When can I claim my PixelPal?
We prepare your pop after ordering. It joins the resource pack at the next server restart. Once it is ready, we save an in-game mail and send a DM to your linked Discord account. Load the latest pack, run /pixelpal claim and choose your pop in the menu.
What if my inventory is full?
Your pop stays claimable. Make space and try the same order again. It won’t be sent to another collection menu.
Something went wrong. What now?
Refresh your order status first. A pending payment or claim is checked using the original order; don’t make another purchase to fix it. If it remains stuck, open a general support ticket through the existing Discord ticket panel and include your order code. Your website status stays available if Discord DMs are blocked.
Can I place or trade it?
Yes! Place your PixelPal like the existing pops, or give, trade or sell it. The linked Minecraft name is saved on your personal collectible.
