Pixel Retreat

Pixel RetreatWiki

Your complete resource for everything Pixel Retreat. Learn, explore, and master the island together.

Chat & Communication [WIP]

You can talk in public chat, send private messages, and leave mail for someone who is away.

Public Chat

You start in Global chat, which carries messages between servers. Local chat only reaches people in the same world and within 100 blocks of you.

Use /channel list to see the channels you can join. Use /channel info <name> to learn how a channel works.

Private Messages and Mail

Use /msg <player> <message> to send a private message. If Pixel Retreat can find the other person's account while they are offline or on another server, the message waits until they are online. /reply <message> answers the latest person in your private conversation.

Use /ignore <player> to block or allow private messages from someone. This does not hide their public chat or stop their mail.

Mail lets you leave a message for someone who has joined before. You can turn Receive Mail on or off in Settings.

Showing an Item

Type [item] for your main hand, [offhand] for your other hand, or [slot1] through [slot9] for a hotbar slot. Chat shows the item's name, and the item stays with you.
